Yoga, meditation and tai-chi are all programs that help reduce stress. Exercise is an excellent way to increase your happiness hormones. Regular physical activity will help you better manage stress. You can also get your mind off of work. It is the act of focusing on your breathing and being intensely aware of everything you feel and sense at any moment. This practice is a way to approach situations in the workplace with patience and openness, without judgement.
